Clarity Cleaning Co – Terms Conditions

Welcome to Clarity Cleaning Co. By booking or using our residential cleaning or mobile car detailing services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a professional, safe and positive experience for both our customers and our team.
1. Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability.
The date and time selected when submitting a booking request are preferred only. While we will always do our best to accommodate your requested appointment, we cannot guarantee availability until your booking has been confirmed by Clarity Cleaning Co.
Bookings are only confirmed once you have received confirmation from us.
2. Quotes & Pricing
Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of enquiry.
Final pricing may vary if:

The condition of the property or vehicle differs significantly from the information provided.

Additional services are requested.

The size or scope of work changes.

Excessive cleaning time is required.
Should any price adjustment be necessary, we will discuss this with you before proceeding wherever possible.
3. Payments
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to charge reasonable late payment fees where applicable.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change.
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking.
Clarity Cleaning Co reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for late cancellations or appointments where access is not provided.
5. Access to Property or Vehicle
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the property or vehicle at the scheduled appointment time.
If we are unable to access the property or vehicle, a call-out fee may apply.
6. Residential Cleaning Services
Our residential cleaning services include routine home cleaning, deep cleaning and post-construction/new build cleans.
Unless otherwise agreed:

Dishes should be removed from sinks where practical.

Excessive clutter should be cleared to allow effective cleaning.

Valuables, jewellery and important documents should be stored safely before our arrival.

We do not move heavy furniture or appliances.

We do not provide hazardous waste removal.
Our team reserves the right to refuse any work considered unsafe.
7. Mobile Car Detailing Services
Our detailing services are provided at your home, workplace or another agreed location.
To achieve the highest quality finish:

A shaded work area is preferred where possible.

The vehicle should be accessible at the scheduled appointment time.

Customers are asked to remove personal belongings from the vehicle prior to our arrival.
Additional charges may apply where vehicles require excessive cleaning beyond the original booking.
Fleet vehicle servicing is available by quotation.
8. Vehicle Condition
Customers are encouraged to advise us of any existing scratches, dents, paint defects or interior damage before the service begins.
While every care is taken during detailing, Clarity Cleaning Co cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damage that becomes more visible once dirt, contaminants or protective coatings have been removed.
9. Satisfaction Guarantee
We take pride in the quality of our work.
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion.
Where appropriate, we will assess the concern and, at our discretion, arrange a reasonable remedy.
10. Limitation of Liability
While we exercise the highest level of care, Clarity Cleaning Co will not be liable for:

Pre-existing damage.

Normal wear and tear.
-
Damage resulting from faulty fixtures, fittings or vehicle components.

Damage caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided, except where Australian Consumer Law provides otherwise.
11. Health & Safety
Our team reserves the right to refuse or cease work where:

Conditions are unsafe.

Aggressive behaviour is encountered.

Hazardous materials are present.

Weather conditions make mobile detailing unsafe.
The safety of our staff and customers remains our priority.
12. Photos
With your permission, we may take before-and-after photographs of completed work for quality assurance and marketing purposes.
No personal information or identifying details will be published without consent.
If you do not wish your property or vehicle to be photographed, please advise us before your service.
13. Privacy
Personal information collected during enquiries and bookings is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Your information will only be used to provide our services, communicate regarding your booking and meet legal obligations.
14. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any rights or guarantees that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
15. Changes to These Terms
Clarity Cleaning Co reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The most current version will always be available on our website.
